Amir is a solicitor and a former partner of a city law firm, specialising in residential and commercial property sales, acquisitions, and financing. For Dantis, Amir will be drawing on his legal experience to streamline and simplify customer applications.
For the past 20 years, Amir also amassed extensive personal experience in the property market. As well as developing and selling properties, he has bought and sold at auction, so understands the time sensitivities of certain transactions.
Amir is passionate about providing exemplary customer service. He has established a diverse network of business contacts and high-net-worth individuals, and has long-standing relationships with a range of property agents, brokers and surveyors.
Russell has worked across both B2C and B2B for over 20 years helping high growth businesses to scale across the travel, e-commerce, adtech, fintech and social media industries.
He’s been involved in helping businesses to grow from series A to D and through to exit. These range from leading commercial revenues at lastminute.com that contributed towards the $1bn+ acquisition by Sabre in 2005, through to scaling Sojern’s international business across the EMEA and APAC regions, opening and leading offices in London, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney.
Driven, organised and collaborative, Russell has a deep understanding of digital marketing, building high performance sales teams and implementing go-to-market strategies.
Russell is passionate about focusing on the customer, meeting their needs, and providing a great service.
James has worked in financial services for 20 years. His experience crosses wealth management, corporate finance, venture capital, and debt funding, and he works with a diverse client base of family offices, trusts, corporates and foundations across multiple jurisdictions.
An experienced executive and non-executive board director, he has served as Chair of the Investment Committee and Chief Credit Officer for a succession of venture and private equity lenders.
Alongside his work with Dantis he spends time supporting high performance sport and athlete career transitions.
